How did you feel in the dark? - Lost. And how did you feel when receiving light in the dark? - It hurt. What did you think? - I wanted the light to go away. I wanted the dark to spread and tear down my world. In other words, I wanted to give up. But I wanted to live. Even when feeling the worst I wanted to live. So much so, that I hated to want to live. I hated the light inside me. Because it meant chaos. It meant struggle. You would think it's easier to just give up Than to continue. I think that might be partially true. But to completely give up and have it happen in a peaceful way, I think you need to feel indifferent about yourself and everything else Entirely But in pain there is no indifference There is feeling It bleeds, it screams I think my spark is my feeling Even when I felt dead inside I still felt pain And I hated it Which is just healthy I guess But it is good, pain It's better than indifference Because indifference is more likely to kill Pain could still be used as an
